The Position

Work with leading manufacturers and designers to promote the use of doors, countertops, and panels all finished with leather in their designs and product offering. Areas of focus are cabinetry and furniture across North America.

Specifically, this role will help make the customer's vision become a reality by managing their account, analyzing architectural drawings, and collaborating with clients to ensure that components such as doors, drawers, countertops are built according to their specifications. This collaboration includes working with the sales team and using Salesforce CRM and QuickBooks to track project milestones and create orders for the production department to follow.

The person will also support and collaborate with outside sales reps.

Responsibilities include:

  • Bring passion for creating beautiful luxury custom made products for our clients
  • Coordinate the needs of the client & sales representatives
  • Create estimates & sales orders as needed
  • Assist in planning and conceptual design activities
  • Collaborate with team members on projects
  • Ensure the flow of production and related communication with client
  • Be the technical expert resource for first-line enquiries with the market
  • Develop business to grow the sales funnel beyond existing leads

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or Business or equivalent work expertise.
  • The ability to read and understand architectural drawings, as well as furniture specifications and scopes of work is a plus. If needed, training is provided on the job.
  • Be very detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multitasker capable of working on multiple projects in different phases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Great to have:

  • Ability to read and understand architectural specifications
  • Experience using Salesforce and or QuickBooks
  • Sales experience
  • Cabinetry or furniture sales experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
